Fee Schedules
Student fees can be viewed and paid in the PowerSchool parent portal.
Olentangy Schools will always provide free access to the necessary physical and electronic textbooks required for students’ courses. Student fees allow the district to provide additional support and resources such as technology, course-specific supplies, career-tech program participation, or extra-curricular activities.
NOTE: Ohio Revised Code 3313.642, states that “No board of education of a school district shall charge a fee to a pupil who is eligible for free lunch… for any materials needed… to participate fully in a course of instruction.” Fees cannot be waived for extra-curricular activities or student enrichment programs.
Olentangy Schools board policy 6152 provides a complete overview of the district’s policy for student fees, fines, and charges, and the Olentangy Schools Board of Education approved the 2023-24 school year fee schedule during its April 13, 2023 Board Meeting.
