Fee Schedules
Student fees can be viewed and paid in the PowerSchool parent portal.
Olentangy Schools will always provide free access to the necessary physical and electronic textbooks required for students’ courses. Student fees allow the district to provide additional support and resources such as technology, course-specific supplies, career-tech program participation, or extra-curricular activities.
NOTE: Ohio Revised Code 3313.642, states that “No board of education of a school district shall charge a fee to a pupil who is eligible for free lunch… for any materials needed… to participate fully in a course of instruction.” Fees cannot be waived for extra-curricular activities or student enrichment programs.
If you are financially unable to pay your fees, you may obtain a fee waiver application in the school office. Eligibility for the fee waiver is determined by the number of adult wage earners in the family and their combined income. This information, along with adult family members' social security numbers, must be given in writing to the school office in order to be considered for fee waiver.
