Parent Workshop Series

Olentangy Schools' Equity and Inclusion Department launched a Parent Workshop Series in 2018 designed to help families support their children in raising awareness across a variety of topics relating to diversity, equity and inclusion. The 2019-2020 school year workshop dates and topics are listed below. Each workshop is stand-alone, so come to one or come to all. All workshops are held at the Olentangy Administrative Office, 7840 Graphics Way, Lewis Center. The workshops are free of charge.

•  October 22 - Raising Intellectually Curious, Globally Minded Children (6:00-7:00)
•  December 4 - Book Club Discussion (6:00-7:30)
•   Please purchase the following book and come prepared to discuss: Growing Up Global: Raising Children to be at Home in the World

•   April 27 - TBD
•   May 6 - Global Scholars Level 3 Graduation Ceremony & Multicultural Potluck (6:00-7:30)
