The Communications Department is responsible for district communications, public/media relations, public information and marketing. We promote the Olentangy Local School District, its students and staff. We celebrate and share their outstanding programs, activities and accomplishments with our community.
We produce and distribute news releases to print, television and digital media. We respond to media inquiries and work with the media to disseminate emergency notifications. We are also responsible for managing the content and design of the district website and social media sites. We ensure access to public records, are responsible for public information requests, and are committed to building relationships with our communities and businesses to support and advocate for district goals.
We encourage parents and the public to engage with us and welcome your comments, suggestions and ideas for providing information to our students, staff and community.
