Originally from Parma, Ohio, Mr. Raiff attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, earning a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. He obtained his teaching credentials from John Carroll University and a master's in educational administration from Cleveland State University. Mr. Raiff began his career in education teaching mathematics, business, and technology courses in Northeast Ohio.
Prior to becoming the superintendent at Olentangy Schools, Mr. Raiff served as assistant principal at Bexley High School, Westerville South High School, and principal at Westerville Central High School before joining Olentangy Schools as an Olentangy High School assistant principal. Continuing his administrative career, he also led as the Liberty High School principal and the chief academic officer for the district.
Mr. Raiff is the proud husband of Katie Raiff, a fifth grade teacher. He and his wife have four children and two granddaughters.
