Step 2: Collect Required Documents
Collect the Required Documents listed below for your Phone Registration Appointment:
- Parent/Guardian Valid Photo ID
- Student(s) Certified Birth Certificate and/or Passport
- Proof of Residency – Only families residing in the Olentangy District can register for Olentangy Schools.

If applicable, the following are also required for your phone Registration Appointment:
- Custody documentation (If Applicable)
- Tuberculosis TB test results or chest X-ray (If Applicable)
- Special Education/Special Services (If Applicable)
- Recently updated Immunization/Shot records (If Applicable)
- Students coming from outside the U.S. (If Applicable)

ALL Required and Applicable documents MUST be received prior to scheduling a Phone Enrollment Appointment. Documents can be uploaded to the Online Registration or emailed to NSWC@olsd.us.
The registration portal will prompt you to schedule a Phone Enrollment appointment to finalize enrollment. The New Student Welcome Center will call you at your appointment time.
