Diversity Committee
The ultimate charge of the District Diversity Committee is to make recommendations to the Superintendent that support the district’s mission and ensure that the diverse talents, skills, and experiences of the school community are valued, respected, and supported.
These meetings will take place at Olentangy Administrative Offices, 7840 Graphics Way Lewis Center, OH 43035. All meetings will take place from 6 - 7:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted. We welcome everyone to join the conversation so please feel free to extend the meeting invites to your friends, family, and networks.
The goals of the committee are:
To elevate community voice by providing space for members to share experiences, input, and perspective relevant to district culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
To update the group on the district DEI work
To work collectively to compile and offer recommendations for the superintendent’s consideration and approval.

- December 4, 2023, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Berlin Room (1st floor)
- February 7, 2024, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Orange Room (2nd floor)
- April 15, 2024, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Berlin Room (1st floor)
SPECIAL MEETING - World Cafe Style Event this Winter
This is an opportunity for multiple stakeholders (high school students, diversity committee members, staff and any additional attendees) to participate in engaging, open-ended discussions designed to connect one another. Date TBD; light refreshments will be provided.
