Olentangy Schools is one of the best school districts in the country, and we credit our success to our outstanding staff.  Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to addressing the needs of the whole child make it possible for all of our students to flourish at school and beyond.

Our earned academic reputation has likely attracted you to Olentangy Schools.  We regularly earn high marks on the state report card and  98% of our students graduate from high school (state average is 84%).  While we are very proud of these achievements, we believe we can always get better.

Something that may surprise you about Olentangy Schools is that we are the fastest-growing school district in Ohio.  We currently have more than 22,000 students, and we grow by approximately 400-600 new students annually.  To support this growth, we hire more than 200 staff members every year.  While we have many positions to fill, it's still a highly competitive environment, and we maintain an ongoing commitment to selecting the best and most qualified staff members.

We wish you the best in your professional pursuits.
