Dear Olentangy Community, 

This morning, I am sharing my sincere gratitude.  

Your support in the passage of the District’s bond issue reflects our community’s shared commitment to Olentangy Schools’ mission to facilitate maximum learning for every student. 

As we continue to grow, and concern over the increased burden carried by local taxpayers grows, our Board of Education and district leadership team have engaged in thoughtful and open dialogue about the challenges and opportunities ahead of us. Our decision makers placed a measure on the ballot that was as cost conscious as possible while allowing us to maintain the student experience we provide. 
 
Your “yes” vote is an investment in our students, our schools, and our shared community. As one of the fastest-growing districts and communities in our state, we know that strong schools foster strong communities and strong communities lay the groundwork for strong schools. 

Thank you for your partnership and trust. As we move forward, please know we remain committed to being good stewards of taxpayer dollars. We also recognize that there is continued work to be done to ensure we receive our fair share of funding from the state, and we will continue to advocate for the local taxpayers in the Olentangy School District.
