Olentangy Schools
In December, the Olentangy Schools Food Service Department transitioned all school cafeterias to a new point-of-sale system, Meal Magic. The new system does not impact online or in-person meal payments.
However, parents may notice changes when viewing their child’s meal balance in PowerSchool, including:
- Individual transaction histories are no longer available online. These can be requested by reaching out to your child’s school or emailing olsd_lunchaccount@olsd.us; please include your child’s name and student ID number, if known.
- Funds may take up to 30 minutes to be available in student meal accounts following payment.
- Meal balances will be updated daily at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. to reflect meal account purchases.
