
Olentangy Schools
Funds remaining on student meal accounts at the end of the school year will be carried over to the 2026-27 school year. This applies even if your child(ren) is moving to a different Olentangy school building. If your child is a graduating senior or you are moving out of the Olentangy school district, student meal account balances can be handled as follows (please note, requests will be taken now, but will be processed starting in June):
- REFUND - Parents/guardians can request a check refund by emailing olsd_lunchaccount@olsd.us. Please include your child’s first and last name, student number if known, amount to be refunded, and address you would like the check mailed. Please note all school fees must be paid to receive a refund. Due to the fiscal year end close, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check.
- TRANSFER - Parents/guardians can request the balance be transferred to a sibling by emailing olsd_lunchaccount@olsd.us. Please include child’s first and last name, student number if known, of the account the funds are to be transferred from and then the child’s first and last name, student number if known, of the account the funds are to be transferred to. Parents/guardians can also request a transfer to pay school fees due.
- DONATE - Parents/guardians can request the balance be donated to the school food service program, to pay off accounts for families in need. Please email olsd_lunchaccount@olsd.us with child’s first and last name, student number if known, and the amount you would like to donate.
To view your child’s meal balance, log in to your PowerSchool parent account and click on “Lunch and Fee Payments.” If your child has a negative balance, we encourage you to make a payment online or by sending in cash or check to your school building to start the 2026-27 school year in good standing.
