  • The Olentangy Local Schools Gifted Services Program provides gifted and talented students with the opportunity to enhance cognitive, learning, research and communication skills by providing challenging opportunities through a differentiated learning program.     Space Exploration Summer Camp


    May 31 - June 1, 2018

    8:00 am - 6:00 pm


    This is a 2-day program where students will work collaboratively with their peers, astronauts, STEM specialists and teachers to design an experiment for space. The winning space experiment could be launched to the International Space Station and used for data collection!

    Who: Students in grades 8-12 during the 2017-2018 School Year

    Written Education Plans (WEP's) for gifted students receiving services through Olentangy Local Schools are available for viewing in PowerSchool.  Click HERE for the parent letter about Written Education Plans and instructions on accessing them through PowerSchool.
    Accelerated Weekend Experience (AWE) at the Center for Talent Development (CTD) offers weekend-long accelerated programs for gifted students, hosted at community sites across the country. Unique courses connect students with practicing professionals. Join experts in the field for a real-life perspective on topics, such as Alice 3D Programming, Cognitive Neuroscience, Aviation, Cryptography, Digital Imaging, Forensic Science, MIT App Inventor, Veterinary Science and more. Programs run Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.  Click HERE for more information and dates.
