The Olentangy Board of Education and the Olentangy Teachers Association (OTA) recently agreed to a one-year contract extension with a zero percent increase to the base-salary.  This move allowed the district to save $1.3 million and moves the contract end date to June 30, 2012.  The negotiations for the new contract will begin during the 2011-12 school year.
