History Comes Alive at OCES

Second-grade students at Oak Creek Elementary School (OCES) recently chose a historical figure to study and then created a costume and monologue to represent how that person contributed to society. They then posed as wax museum figures of their chosen person during the school’s Night at the Wax Museum event, held February 11. OCES parents were invited in and given a pretend remote control. The students stood silently until someone used a “remote control” to start their speech.
