2012-2013 New Student Registration
(Students new to the district for the 2012-13 school year)
Step 1: Obtain a PIN from the New Student Welcome Center
- Call the NSWC at (740) 657-4030 or (740) 657-4033 between 8:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m.
Step 2: Complete online registration forms
- Use the PIN you received from the New Student Welcome Center to access the online registration forms.

On your appointment day, you must arrive with the following:
- Proof of Residency in one of these forms:
- mortgage statement
- settlement statement
- lease
- deed
- property tax bill
- property tax statement
Persons living with another homeowner/renter are asked to call the NSWC for details on proving residency
- Custody papers (if applicable)
- Divorce or dissolution document
(Ohio law requires a copy of the entire document) - Guardianship cases – call NSWC for details
- Divorce or dissolution document
- Parent/Guardian driver’s license or state identification
- Original or certified copy of birth certificate or passport*
- Immunization records (or exemption)* (see Immunization Requirements)
- Current IEP or MFE (if applicable)
* Ohio law states that these documents must be provided to the district within 14 days
