• 3 CEUs equals 1 semester hour.
• 3 CEUs equals 1.5 quarter hours.

Acquiring Approved CEU’s

• Request the LPDC to issue CEUs for a workshop that you attended.
• Complete the CEU request form online.
• A check for $5.00 must accompany each request.
